They called today wanting to talk to us. We are up to date on our payments and our most recent payment was last week and yes they cashed it. But they are still calling us. Good grief what do they want weekly payments.... I don't know of anyone that can afford that.
yes, just got two calls is a row from them!!! it's BOFA, they first called didnt' leave a message then called again about a half hour later and then finally left a message. Whenever I see a 216, or 888 number coming in on my cell, I just don't answer it.!
I called back after receiving a missed call from them. A lady answered and asked for my account number or SS#. She said she was with Bank of America, and I don't even have an account with them. Be careful!
