Firstly, the person could not pronounce name correctly. Then "I'm here with Bank of America" - I said "where is 'here'", the reply was: Ohio. I waited a moment then said what does this call refer to, Reply: Oh, I'm just checking in with your program, thank you very much. To which I sort of laughed, hung up and knew this was NOT a bank of america representative.
The number comes up Bank of America, but they never leave a message. You'd think if it was important they'd leave a message and a contact name so the call could be returned. Doesn't sound like good customer service to me!!
