This is BofA Service line.
They are internal to Bank of America and are more of a PR call then anything else.
It isnt' a direct number to anyone but rather a rottary that will get directed to one of the service people.
You probably opend a new account with BofA or did something with BofA to get a courtsy call. I work for BofA and it is a valid number.
You could also have had an overdraft etc.
