A woman called threateningly to have me arrested if I don't give her money for a old debt that has no company name nor ID number and would not talk to my attorneys office trying to give me a heart attack also trying to collect partial payments!
A Sara Cotton from Pretrial Intervention says she needs to hear from me or my attorney of record by the end of business today or she will mark my file as refusal of council and I'm to govern myself accordingly. Same name given when they called last week from 440-271-1699 saying they were from Litigation Services. Never referenced my name in the voicemail and my phone only uses the phone number when it goes to voicemail, doesn't reference my name. Figure it's a scam.
