Called once stating the same as "Anonymous" above.."Pretrial Intervention says she needs to hear from me or my attorney of record by the end of business today or she will mark my file as refusal of council and I'm to govern myself accordingly. Same name given when they called last week from 440-271-1699 saying they were from Litigation Services." Called a second time and when I spoke to "Lead Investigator" was told that I would be apprehended any day for malicious intent to defraud on a loan stating I too (as with "Love" above) owe $998 and would have to make out of court restitution or I'd be locked up for 120 days. "Love"....my attorney informed me not worry about it and if/when they call again to give them his name/number and to advise them to stop calling me directly and contact my attorney. This is scary to say the least when someone calls saying you're going to be apprehended within 72 hours and locked up for 120 days!
