I just received a call from this number this morning. The guy was very rude when I tried to find out where he was calling from and which survey did he get my phone number from. BE careful....sounds like they try to ask some unimportant questions first to loose you up and then more serious questions latter. Scam all over it!!!!
anyone know how they got our phone information? i didn't complete a survey...the call came in at 9:20 est...they sounded like a recruiter..any thoughts?
It's a robocall. The recording says you took an online survey and stated you were looking for a job. If you say you didn't do any surveys it just keeps repeating itself, the starts asking questions like "Are you over 18 years of age?", "Are you a US citizen or a permanent resident?". Very annoying.
I also got a call from the famous 216-678-9151. They too said that they were "WN Positions" or something, and that they were calling me in response to an online survey I filled out about job opportunities and for a walmart gift card online. I told them I NEVER took a survey and they argued with me saying that I did, the "person" I spoke with was delayed with their responses and it did sound like a computer call that was designed to automatically answer questions that people ask because I asked what date I did the survey they said they didn't know the exact date but someone did. They said thtey could try back. Before I hung up, I said ok, not knowing what to do then I decided to call them back and hit "9" which supposedly takes your number off the list and stops them from calling. Well see.
