Who called from 2167171968

Says they are calling from GE/Honeywell about my security system.  Told them they are calling a DNC # and that I want the address and correct phone number to their company.  Of course they hang up.

Also received call claiming to be from the manufacture of my home alarm system (GE/Honeywell) with an "offer"
Asked them to MAIL the offer to my home (they SHOULD have the address, right?)

Caller id showed " out of area". No message. Did not answer.

A scammer saying he is from GE/Honeywell trying to sell a new alarm system.
