No CID except the phone number. A woman's voice left a very short and garbled message and then hung up. After reading everyone's posts here, we're blocking the number.
A woman with a thick Eastern Indian accent called, told me her name to which I responded that I could not understand her because of accent (the truth). She knew my name and proceeded to tell me that I'd owned my home alarm system for more than 3 years and asked if that were correct. I immediately informed her that she needed to put me on the Do Not Call list, this was harassment, etc.... and not to call me or else. She told me that she was not afraid of me and I hung up to end the communication with this person.
Called today at 12:12 p.m. I didn't answer. Now that I known why they were calling I wish I had answered. I would have started yelling help, help someone is breaking into my house, OMG they have a gun help, help. Then I would have banged on something to make it sound like gunfire, gone complete silent for a few seconds, then gently hung up like the line went dead. Wonder if they would have called the police for me since they claim to be the owner/manufacture of your alarm system that was apparently not going off. lol If you can't stop them freak them out, they will talk you off of their call list.
216-717-1968 Calls to try to sell you something and asks if you have a security system if you say no, they may have your address and can break into your home or try. This is a place of place of business that they called and when I asked them what they wanted they hung up. Of course.
