I got a message I could not understand!

This is a collection company that duns people who have healthcare bills that their insurance has not paid for or did not cover. In addition, they collect on "Returned Checks, Charge Cards, Master Card, Visa...etc., Overdraft Line, Direct and Indirect Loans, Lines of Credit, Deficiency Balances, Business-to-Business Credit, Internet Commerce, Subrogation." They also are an "accounts receivable management firm and distressed debt purchaser."

Got a call from them as well ... they are with the Revenue Group -- left no message

It is the Revenue Group!  I have sent them two letters to the manager the requesting no calls!!!...only correspondence by mail and copied the BBB!!  They still keep calling. Many times no message left but I know it's them calling.  I even sent a letter making an offer to settle my debt.  Obviously the letter gets ignored and they still keep calling.  Revenue Group has NO BUSINESS SENSE!  I have done collections and a request for no calls means NO CALLS!!!

I have been getting these calls as early as 8 am and as late as 9 pm....for at least 3 months now! They never leave a message. I never answer the call and yet I have on any given day gotten up to 15 calls from this annoying Revenue Group! I was told if you send them a letter and tell them to stop calling you have a case of harassment and can sue them! I realize I owe money, but my insurance company has paid the majority of these medical bills. I have been unable to work do to medical problems and can't afford to give any more money to a collection agency. Knowing full well the hospital or medical professional that I did owe the money to has given this company(Revenue Group) my account and have written me off for getting the money!This is a problem that needs to stop in our country. People who don't have insurance don't have to pay anything at the hospital, but if you have insurance, and most if not all the bill has been paid, you get harassed for every last cent owed!
