Called me today, man with heavy Indian accent. Asked if I sold sporting goods, I said no, he asked what bussiness this was and I told him I manufactured annoying phone call anialation equiptment and his phone would now self distruct in 30 seconds...now RUN!....click
I have now purchased a fax machine and I have it set to answer after 4 rings. So if I am home I have 3 rings worth of time to answer. I also have caller ID. So when my phone rings, I check caller ID, don't recognize the number and do not answer it. After the 4th rings the fax picks and a fax tone is what is heard to the caller. This works so beautiful and I love cuz I am saving money too!
My phone service is with Verizon and I have canceled my call block feature and save 5.99 a month.
Eventually the calls stops!!!!
It’s not a prank call guys. its a call from Navteq which is the worlds largest GPS network provider. They want to put ur business on the GPS maps to help their customers locate your business. They don’t charge you anything because it helps their customers to locate places of interest on the maps whilst travelling. It’s a genuine call from a company which is trying to verify ur business’s details before they update it on their maps which are used in car navigation systems.
