Lady spoke with very heavy Asian accent. Almost impossible to understand. She knew the name of my home based business. I asked who she was, but she refused to identify herself. She had my street address, but if I understood her correctly, she didn't have the address right.
Yes, the accent is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to understand. They would not say what the name of their business was, just kept asking questions. If they want information the should at least let one know to whom they may be.
CALLS MY RETAIL STORE AND INTERUPTS MY TIME WITH CUSTOMERS. WISH I COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. IF I SEE THE NUMBER AND DO NOT ANSWER, THE PHONE RINGING IS STILL VERY DISTRACTING.
