This phone number is a scam!!! They called me four times and my mother three times. They give you an 866 number to call with a file number. I called the 866 number they gave me and I could tell it was a scam and I told them not to call me or my family again and requested a debt verification letter as I knew I had no debts. They kept wanting me to verify the last four digits of my SSN and I told them to read it to me and they wouldn't. They said I had to tell them. That was a month ago and I still have not received a letter. Last night they called again for the fourth time and I told them to quit calling me and my family or I would call the authorities and repeated for them to send me a debt verification letter. The woman then hung up on me.
