Who called from 2172040868

Same... Dead air.

Several calls over the last few days from this number.  No identifying message left.   Today it was about 8 seconds of party music (?) before the caller disconnected the call.

Got a call at 11 am on feb 2, 2012 from 217-204-0868.    I said hello, twice, and they never answered.  I hung up.
