UNIV OF IL AT S calls repeatedly & doesn't leave a msg. I blocked them & so should anyone else who doesn't want them pestering you!

received 4 calls yesterday from this #.  No message.  It showed as:  of IL S UNIV?

Have been receiving calls all day long from them, have called 4 times so far. Didn't pick up the phone. They will not stop calling my phone.

This number 217-206-7255 keeps calling 4-5 times a day and never leaves a message! It is very annoying! how do I find out who is calling from this number and ask them to stop calling my number?
