Phone number 217.206.7255 keeps calling all hours of the day and night. They don't leave a voice mail and don't speak at all when I answer! I'm getting so tired of this!!!! I need HELP!

UNIV OF IL AT S calls repeatedly & doesn't leave a msg. I blocked them & so should anyone else who doesn't want them pestering you!

Said it was random driver's survey.  Declined & told them I was on DNC list & to remove my phone number.  I'll block if they call again.

They called, asked to answer questions about IL Department of Transportation.
Questions are very long and some of them repeat themselves. I told them I could spare 5 minutes, it went all the way to 12 minutes and I gave up. When asked to stop they kept asking me to answer more questions. I had to hang up.
If they really want to be effective with these surveys they really have to shorten those lists of questions
