Just got a call from someone with horrible English. Claimed to be from the Microsoft help desk. Saying I had issues with my computer. I asked for someone who spoke enter English, then they hung up
Got a call 30 minutes ago fro a man with a heavy accent. He said I had computer problems and he worked for Microsoft. Got a similar call yesterday-from someone with a similar story & accent. Today I asked if I could call him back-as I wanted to check the number. He said the line is always busy, so he could call me back. I asked him if he just wanted me to give him my SSN & bank account info now. (I was kidding.) There was a long pause and he said he never asked me for that. I told him this was a big scam & I'm on the MO no-call list. I just went online and filled out a complaint for 217-393-3514.
