didn't know, didn't answer, blocked.  Why can't Microsoft stop this?

Actually, microsoft and the feds have been working to stop these cyber dip$hits for a long time but it isn't easy.  They're hiding inside India, Pakistan, Germany, and who knows where else.  They maybe in the basement next door!  Here are some news stories and advice from Microsoft.

The best way to protect yourself is to NEVER answer calls from numbers or persons you don't recognize.  Get a call blocker or download a call blocking app for your cell.  Be pro-active.  Protect yourself.

Scam call claiming to be internet help desk. They try to trick you and load malware onto your computer.

Just called me too,  Is this the Paklstani guy who claims to work for microsoft

Just got a call from someone with horrible English. Claimed to be from the Microsoft help desk. Saying I had issues with my computer. I asked for someone who spoke enter English, then they hung up
