Called my cell. No message. Blocked!

I have now received two calls from this phone number this week. The scam artists are working overtime this week and it's super annoying. I would love to answer the phone and tell the caller off but that will just prompt the scam artists to call more frequently. So, I'll just keep reporting the calls on this web site. These scam artists need to get a life and quit bugging us.

Called my house at 5:17 a.m.!!!!  Infuriating! Number says it's disconnected when I tried to call them back later to yell at them.
