We get phone calls every morning at about 1:00- 2:00am. Sometimes will call at about 8:30am also, but this is rare. this is very strange due to the fact that every time we have tried to answer there is no response. We have tried calling them back before with no luck. I read a report that at one occasion there was a man at the other end of the line who knew all kinds of personal information. I got a call from this # and they left a message. It was Ameren Cilco, our gas/electric company.  They need to come out and change my electric meter and that is why they were calling.

Calls from this number come from Ameren.  Any calls from the MO or IL facilities use this generic call back number.  You will not be able to return the call.

got a call from this number, was calling to say there is no underground natural gas lines in the area i live in since i called to get a dig permit.
