Unknown caller. 217-625-6899.  No message, just fast busy.

This is an Ameren rounting number.  Someone from Ameren in MO or IL has tried to contact you.  My call came from Festus, MO

We received a call from 217-625-6899 on my daughter's phone and she's 13 yr. old.  Why would Ameren be calling a 13 yr. old?

My wife got a call from this number yesterday during the day.  She works from home.  The caller asked for her by name.....our bill is in both our names.  He identified himself as working for Ameren and apologized for the power outtage ad said that everything should be up and running now.  There was no power outtage.  My wife was working on her computer and would surely have known if the power had failed or even surged.

Very suspicious.

Missed a call from 217-625-6899 on my work cell number. No message left and now (after reading above info) have no interest in validating my number by calling them back.
