I'm pretty sure I think I might know the loser with the Obama phone adding minutes just to make the hang up calls... .. the profile if these calls tells me its a Meth addict that scams the government for welfare and only deals with illegal stuff and stolen property
I just received a call from this number, when I picked up and gave a greeting the call was dropped. Called back with n 10 minutes and the automated system says the "the number you have dialed is not in services"
