217-999-8686 calling united states cell number with so called $1000 prize. Would like them busted.

Received the same msg (in Spanish) from the 217-999-8686 # on my work line.

Just got a call from 217-999-8686 & ignored it bc I didn't recognize the number.  There was a 3 second message in Spanish, but it was so quick I couldn't understand. It was on my cell & I hardly ever give my # out. Will have to register on "do not call" since I got this # half a year ago & forgot about that....although it seems like it may not make much of a difference.

Just received a call from 217 999 8686; did not answer it.  they are creeps.

Got a call to my cell phone at 10:25am EST, picked up since I know some people from that area code, heard an automated message in Spanish, hung up.
