Who called from 2179998686

Got call from them on my GOOGLE VOICE number, no message, apparently everyone's saying it's in spanish and from that 217 999 8686 number which showed as from Illinois, U.S.

Received a call from (217) 999-8686 at 1:06pm here in California. I hung up right away.

I received a missed call from 217-999-8686. I tried to return the call and got a "this number is no longer connected" voice message.

missed call. called it back and it says the number is disconnected. which doesn't make sense cause it just called me

I just got the call. Freaked me out when all I heard was spanish and the word "dinero." I guess all of you got the call, too.
