called me once asked and asked if they could speak with andrew and said that im speaking then they hung up >:/ called back and said can not be completed as dailed... wtf?!!! this is clearly telemarketing calling or a scam will be blcoking this number :D glad my phone can do that bye bye no more calling me hehe
I have receievd calls like this before . It is a scam. They are trying to get your private info. The one that I answered this morning said that they were responding to a request for a loan. Not! The olice have told me that they can be anywhere in the world. They unvelied a scam on 20/20 or something like that and it lead the authorities to India to a fancy office building.
I HAVE RECIEVED PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. 2 IN TWO MINUTES AND HAVE DONE IT EVERYDAY FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS. IT IS ANNOYING. IM JUST GETTING SICK OF ALL THIS CRAP. WISH THERE WAS SOMETHING I COULD DO ABOUT IT.
I have received 7 phone calls within the past 24 hours from this number; when I try return the call it I get a noise then an automated "your call cannot be completed as dialed" and get disconnected.
Called me; I just heard a woman's voice saying "hello" with lotsa telemarketer background noise, then the line went dead. Thanks to the rest of you for your input.
This call today to my cell phone seems part of an exasperating assault of 16 calls and textsin 7 days. Texts are addressed to "Joseph" (not my name); Several callers, with boiler room noise in the background, ask to speak to Joseph. When I try to explain that this isn't Joseph, they disconnect. Texts say they have approved Joseph's internet loan application and offer to send him $1,000 that day if he calls another phone number. Other texts say a $250 gift card is ready.
Now I'm deleting texts without opening them. With calls, I open my flip phone as if to answer but immediately hang up. Texts and calls are decreasing since I tried this approach.
