Caller from Viking, Minnesota (according to my caller ID, not neccessarily so) said my computer was running very slow and he wanted me to be in front of it so he could repair it for me. We are on the Do Not Call list and have an ongoing case with the FCC and FTC so everything was recorded and transmitted to their office. I hope he goes to jail for a long time.
I got a call December 24, 2014 at 8:03 am, Mountain Standard Time from #218-523-6541, Viking, MN., from a male with a thick accent. He said he is a windows computer tech, I hung up on him. I have in the past received similar calls from like people. Don't give them any information. It is a scam.
This number 218-523-6541 has been calling my house all kines of hours. Always a guy, saying he from Windows Tech Support from Viking, MN. When I told him I dont have a computer, he insisted I had registered. I told him how did he get my number. And he called me a motherf*cker. And where I'm from we dont take that litely. You asking for some whooping!!
Have had several calls from Viking, Minnesota and I answerted but no response. Three such calls. Have no idea what this is about. But am interested that some of the people were spoken to.
