Who called from 2187911283

Hi got call from 218-791-1283 no message

It's an inmate from a correctional facility

I answered and no one would say anything.

I recieved a call i was at work so did not answer and i called back and got the voicemail but could not understand them

Got a call from this number and it was a recording telling me someone was trying to place a collect call from the county jail. Did not say which county but gave an 800 number to call back and set it up to allow my cell to accept collect calls. Sounds like a scam to me
