Who called from 2188339889

Called received on Telus cell phone
Did not answer - no message
Like above - will not answer 800 or area codes I do not know

I was called from 1-218-833-9889 at 8:39pm 08/12/09. No message. Googled it,  as I was expecting a cll from Iowa. Mt t-mobile account is based out of the Seattle area though I am currently in Arkansas ans roaming on AT&T. More than Happy I looked.

This call came up on my caller ID last night, Aug 12th at 8pm from my work LAN line phone so it's not just targeting cell phones.

I got a call from this number on Aug 10 at 5:00 pm, I'm a Telus customer and not message left.

I got the same pre-recorded message as I did when 508-575-6868 called me. Trunk line auto-dialer that got ahold of a bunch of phone numbers recently, apparently. Expect more calls before your cel providers filter the originating numbers.
