Who called from 2189186555

I got a call from this number and the guy said they were calling from Microsoft Technical Department and that my computer and got these terrible viruses that they were going to fix for me. He said he knew because they have a computer that is connected to all the computers. When I asked for a number I could call to speak to someone to see if call was legitimate he said it wasn't working today.  When I told him I didn't want him to fix my computer he said "[***] You!"

I received a call from this number making the same claims as David indicated - calling from Microsoft Technical Department because my computer was downloading terrible viruses." The only difference was that it was a woman calling. When I asked why Microsoft didn't appear on my caller ID, she hung up.

Called a friend and claimed to be a Microsoft rep.  Said she had a virus on her computer and wanted to run a series of scans.  She hung up on them.

Received a call form the number. The man, who had an Indian or Pakistani accent, said he was a Microsoft rep and he was calling about my Microsoft computer. He stated that last week, bad information was coming from my computer.  He wanted to help me resolved the problem and asked if that was alright. I told him no, it was not alright and asked where he was calling from. At that point he called me an idiot and hung up.

Woman with a heavy eastern accent called and asked for me by name. I asked why she wanted to talk to me and she hung up.
