Calls but only rings 3 times haven't caught it yet and they have been calling every other day if you call back it says the number is not in service but I think that is a fake recording because it only lists the last 7 of the number and real people I call who have had their phone disconnected it reads all 10 digits.
I received a call from this # at 9:48Am PST. The area code is somewhere in Minnesota ...Canadian border .when I called the number back it said the number was out of service.
This # called me twice today & I didn't answer but when I called it back, it said the # was outta service....how can u even make a call if ur # is not in service??? Must be a burned out cell phone....??? idk..
2189358989 calls like these are getting more frequent.....these call should should be easily traced no? since someone has to register his/her info with the carrier in order to be given access to the line....can we not just report to the carrier directly?
