Calls but only rings 3 times haven't caught it yet and they have been calling every other day if you call back it says the number is not in service but I think that is a fake recording because it only lists the last 7 of the number and real people I call who have had their phone disconnected it reads all 10 digits.

received call on my cell phone 4/20/12 @ 3:34pm est. (caller id showed location of Mahnomen, MN) I picked up in hopes of cursing the person out but it was a recording of a woman speaking some other language besides English and what sounded like applause in the background.
