Calls but only rings 3 times haven't caught it yet and they have been calling every other day if you call back it says the number is not in service but I think that is a fake recording because it only lists the last 7 of the number and real people I call who have had their phone disconnected it reads all 10 digits.

I got this call too. Didn't answer a number I didn't recognize. I'm starting to see a pattern here and I think I understand what's going on. I think whoever is doing it is spoofing their number. The call with a real phone but spoof the Caller ID with a bogus number so you can't call them back or trace them. I hope they can figure out a way to trace these [***].
