This number came up on my caller Id. Said I was a sweepstakes winner. Right away started asking for information.  Mind you, I haven't entered any sweepstakes. Still asking. For my info.  Really didn't want to tell me what company. I asked 3 times. Publishers Sweepstakes. Never heard of them. Told him no thank you. Heard no response And I hung up.
