This is a call from an appraiser even though they don't identify themselves as such. And if you do a search online, it comes up with a man's name, not a business. The woman calling is named Sandy. We don't return calls to people we don't know. If she would have identified herself, then we would have called her. In her message, she left the number to call her back at 219-462-4073. That number is for Smith Jewelers!! So when I saw that...I'm like, we didn't purchase anything there. So I thought it was a cold call, NOT an appraiser. She caused a big mess with our mortgage company. Ridiculous!
