Who called from 2199514783

This company calls 3-4 times a day- sometimes with a"private caller" or "private name"display.  We are on the DNC list.  Does anyone know who this is?

Hi, I have been getting calls from this number and many others around the country at least twice a day.  I am also on DNC list.  I have a feeling that these are phishing calls and there is nobody on the other end.  I am aggravated but do not pick up these bothersome calls.

I blocked the entire area code (219).  I don't know anyone from Gary, IN.  I laugh at all the calls that get blocked since the phone never rings.  They can use all the numbers they want, but they're only wasting their time.  I use the Digitone Call Blocker 10 along with a Panasonic call blocking cordless phone system.  It's easy to setup, and it works.
