keeps calling my cell didnt answer called back and got a recording saying it was disconected

Just got a call from that number at 2:30 and i picked it up and stayed quiet and no one talked it was just silent then they hung up

I picked up and then it was silence then they hung up.

It said NSC on my caller ID briefly, then nothing. i didnt answer it...

I got call at 1.45PM EST..just googled and found this...same number i lifted call and silence..when i called back it says number disconnceted or no longer in service,..
atleast in my case i think i know the reason from where they got my num..i posted on craiglist with my number(i use this number only for ads)..i got call after 15min of my post..so iam assuming they got my number frm craiglist ..
