Who called from 2247882002

Recorded message about Health Insurance from shouty Spanish Lady lasted 22 second. Hope not to hear from her again, Adiós

I don't speak their language.  English isn't being spoken by caller.

I immediately returned the phone call and the answering statement was "This phone has been disconnected or is out of order."  How can that be, when the phone call has just listed that number as the calling number?

Received 1st call from an automated woman speaking in spanish at 1:32pm, 2nd was message left according to machine for the same 23 seconds at 7:15pm same day. (monday)  Called back to hear another recorded message telling me that I had reached a number that has been disconnected or out of service.  How do we get these unwanted telephone solicitations to stop?
