I recieved a call about 11:15am and they told me they had some important business to talk to me about, I pushed the one like they said to after I heard the message and got a busy signal.
Quit calling me, Cease and Desist!!! i will otherwise hire a lawyer here in Denver who prosecutes these cases. and wins! This debt is over 10 years old!!!!
This phone number is always calling me. One time I did answer it and they're collecting a debt back in 2004. It's been 8 years and I hate to admit it filed for bankruptcy and do not owe any debts except for my rent, insurance, utilities, cell phone, and cable bill. I have 2 credit cards that always get paid on time. It says that depending on what state you live in the statute of limitations for collection calls is 7 years. So I told this company that I filed for bankruptcy and they told me to send them my bankruptcy page that states the lawyer's name and phone #. They gave me an email address where to send and I was afraid but I sent that to them to prove that I do not have any debts. It has been months then now they started calling again. Enough is enough!
I have all of my numbers on the Do Not Call Registry. This number (224)788-2006 calls my home and my cell numerous times a week. Based on most of the postings this is a debt collector...maybe?
Doesn't matter, I carry NO debt. I don't know why they are harassing me.
