Who called from 2254885652

Received call today at 9:43am - they claimed 'I have been selected to lower my credit card interest rates if I call now before the next billing cycle' Total spammer. This is the exact same message word for word as the message from 208-237-4461, who called me at 9:31 today.  Different number, same crap.

I answered they hung up blocked this caller

These are the same people who use the number 208-237-4461   They use the same message about 'you have been selected to lower your credit card interest rate if you call now before the next billing cycle.'

I get a call from this number typically within an hour of getting a call from 2082374461. They don't say anything or even play a recording.

Same as post above...calls from both numbers about an hour apart
