Who called from 2255324010

Hung up on my answering machine.

Got a call.didnt answer.called back and goes to beeping like busy.

Have been called a couple times by this number, I say hello a couple times, no response, and then they hang up. On my caller ID it says that the number is from Albany, Louisiana.

They called and hung up as soon as I said hello

I hung up as soon as the lady said, "Congratulations..."
