A man who identified himself as Albert Martin wiht a thick Eastrn accent called my office adn asked for me by my name. I said "this is she" and he told me to hold. I hung up becaus eif you call me then be ready when I answer. He called back again and we went through the same routine. This happened several times asn some of the time I could barely hear him. Finally he spoke to me and started yell and asking why I kept hanging up. I explained and then her proceeded to tell me i owed an agency money and I had a limited amount of time until it hit my report and I was breaking the law. He spoke very fast and when I asked him to slow down because I couldn't understand him or to transfer me to someone else he became even more aggressive. He called me a thief and I told him he had to tell me what the debt was for before I cave him my card number he said please hold I will transfer you and then he came back on and said "Hello ma'am I can help you get this paid" BUT IT WAS THE SAME GUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JH, please do not give into to these people. It is a scam! there number changes everyday. I received six phones call from this number. Do not give these people any money. If they cannot send you something in the mail or tell you whom the debt is owed to, do not give into these people. Please these thick accent people call from a 2256635575. hum!! It is the same guys that they say they are calling from Jason Reed & Associates. No such company! I have spoken with a Mike Johnson, Frank, Roger etc. They are using American names. Somebody really needs to stop the people. They are using all kinds of tactics to get your checking account and debit or credit card number. Do not give in to these people. They use different phone numbers. They also now using phone number 6462334542.
I received a call from the 225-663-5575 number. Caller identified himself as Ben Davis (had an asian accent also). He asked for my friend Toni B. (by full last name though!) It was extremely creepy! How he got my cell number and HER name?! Said he was from the US Crime Department. Advised me to have my friend call 215-586-3579 ext 2005. Having a background in Collections myself I did some research and called the company myself. When I called non other than Ben Davis answered! I asked for ext. 2005 and he said Please hold and he would transfer me. When the next person answered, it was still him. He asked for my information and I advised him that he was the one that called me therefor he should have all my information. He said that there was a money transfer done and that my email was monitored (gave my exact email). He also gave the name of my bank. Said that if this was not taken care of there would be legal actions. I advised him that there has never been any corrisondanse received by mail. He claimed that there had been emails sent. I advised him that emails do not count as a legal form of corrospondance in a FDCPA situation. He then became very irate. I advised him to send me a letter stating what he was claiming in writing to my physical address. He said there had been letters sent. I advised him there were never letters sent. He said that a copy of the advidavit could not be sent, that it was illeagal. I told him that it's illeagal to withhold the information of the creditor that's persuing me. He then hung up.
