Just received a call from this number from "OFFICER VAN" in Georgia. He stated he was from Federal Credit Beareau and I had never paid off my outstanding cash advance loan and gave me my banking info and ssn#. I am in good standing with the loan company I owe and Van read me an avidavit over the phone stating I had 3 cases against me, 1.bank fraud, 2. criminal larceny 3. violation of contract. I contacted my loan company and they informed me I was not in collections and NOT to respond or talk to them again. if they continue to hound me, to formally request all further communications be in writing to my address. Please if you get a call, DO NOT PAY THEM!!!! I freaked out and was about to give them $200 as HE had me believing I owed it.
this dumba** named justin called me in an indian accent saying i owed 9,000 dollars! ive never got a loan or have a bank account. i cant stand this crap
