Who called from 2312451230

Picked up, no answer. called with different phone busy every time

I've gotten 2 calls in 2 days.  I answer the phone but nobody says anything on the other side.  After a few seconds, they disconnect.

So two calls from this number, nobody answers back on the other end when I pick up the phone.  When I do call back i get a busy signal.  I have had this type of phone calls before in the past. Could be a scam!!!

I just got a call with that # just now and I looked it up and got this site and same things happen on the phone weird I thought they were bill collectors???

I just called the # and I got a message for 100$ rewards card,woman's voice,I think its from something we all did on the internet...
