I just got a call from them and explained my position stating that our CEO does not take calls and that I would be the one talking to them. If she was not so rude and actually spoke to me I would have listened to what she had to say. In turn I told them to remove our company from their list and that if they were to call again I would report them. I was then told by the so rude company that they could only remove our name if being told to do so by our owner. I than found this site and left a message for the telemarketing manager I will sure let someone know I will never use their company because of how rude their sales people are. good product or not.
I am the owner and told them not to call last November but they still keep calling. Although it has been a couple months from this number. I keep a log of these calls and I just sent my entire log to the no call list and said they need to get some teeth into stopping these calls. I've been on the no call list since it started and things were good for awhile but now I'm getting up to 6 calls a day again. I think we should start sending them a bill for our time.
Just go to: www.donotcall.gov and put in a complaint (you can also put your phone #'s on the do not call list here if you havent done so already)... the more people that make a complaint on a company, something WILL be done, as they will see that they are not abiding by the rules...and they will get a nice hefty fine PER complaint... oh and for those telemarketers that think it is ok to call a business, even though its on the do not call list, you are WRONG, you can only call a business that you have done business with in the past 6 months or if they are not on the list... I understand everyone needs to make a living, but stop harrassing those that DONT WANT YOUR CALL!!!!
