Recieved a call from this number with a very cheerful voice of a woman claiming that I'd earned 2600 dollars worth of trip reward points because my credit rating, with equifax and 3 or 4 other collection agencies that I didn't catch, had improved. The recording then said to press"1" to accept or "3" to refuse.I pressed "1" and was immediately given an option of whether to collect and for security perposes, to enter my credit card number. Heads up on this number, they are out to collect credit card numbers and max them out before they move on to another state/province/country to scam millions.I pressed "1" to find out if I could speak to a person but, its just a scam recording.

Just wanted to add that the number shows up as an area code from Ludington,Michigan. This is probably a number directed through this area code but could be from another country. It is a security measure(redirected calls)that collection agencies use for large companies.
Got an identical call to the above post ^. Cheerful voice telling me I had earned $2600 worth of points for a vacation.
I phoned back.
The same cheerful voice told me to enter my phone number to be removed from the system. I typed in "231-732-2260". A mechanical computer voice confirmed that no further calls would be made to this number, and ended the call.
