Call received no message left when I did not answer. Called back from business line so as not to get them proof my number existed. Call cannot be completed as dialed. So I can't even call them back to take my number off.

Called this morning - I answered because I'm trying to find a camping place in Michigan in this area. Nothing on other end for a few minutes so I hung up and have blocked number.
If you call it back it has an automated DNC option to remove you from the lists ... It will not go any further than this .. and you can not select anything to get to an operator.
They just called with the offer (expires soon!) to lower interest rates on a credit card. Figuring it was a scam, I hit 1 to see how far it would go. I asked the girl which card she was calling about & she rattled of a list of about 10 banks, 2 of which I hold cards with. I asked her to clarify further & she said "the one with a balance of $3,500". I told her I don't have balances over $100 on any of my cards and the call was immediately disconnected.
99% sure it was a scam to get card and/or identity information.
