I get a call from this number every day. There is no one on the other end of the line. This doesn't feel like a legitimate call on any level! I'm going to see what I can do about blocking it.
But when I call today, you are now ALLSTATE offering me a "great rate" on towing. The same people who decided to bill my credit card three years AFTER I cancelled their service, then kept harrassing me to keep the card, dropping the amount they ripped off from my card. THEN they refused to refund the FULL amount they removed illegally from my credit card. Foreign accent. I don't like being bullied and over talked on the phone, I don't like companies that charge whatever they feel like on an ex customer's credit card. I HAD TO CANCEL my card to get my money back too. And reset all my bills to a new billing credit card number. [***].
