After the guy transferred me to his supervisor (which was the same guy) he started reading me something, obviously scripted. I was like, "Okay. And...?" He said I would "be behind bars for 10 days" if I didn't take care of my "defaulted payday loan" immediately. I started to laugh, knowing full well it was a scam, and he yelled, "Don't laugh!" Then he hung up. I tried calling back because I wanted to mess with him but unfortunately I got a busy signal.

This number called me! He said his name was David Jones. He had me freaked out saying close things to what "Nicole" had put. I got so scared I called the police, cuz the threaten to serve me papers and said I had court on Friday. Saying I needed a layer if I couldn't afford one then they will point me to one. The cop researched that number, it's not a company or anything it came up as google of the Internet! Dont let these scammers get you! They are trash! They had me worried and scared,don't let them do it to you!
These people called a dear friend of mine and tried the same scam. I am so glad you all reported your issues because had I not been able to find this information she would have paid because the position she is in, she can't have these issues or she could be terminated. These hard economic times have people coming up with all kinds of ways to rob hard working folks. We need to remain aware and report all scams. Happy living folks!

The above number called me saying that they were from Slater and Slater Attorney Law Offices. His name was Keith Nelson he stated he is the parallegal for this firm and that I owed their client US CASH 2,789.42 and that if I didn't pay them by today that they were going to issues a warrant for my arrest and that I would have to pay 15,574.13 for court cost and legal fees.Then once I starting asking question he transferred me to a Attorney named Rose Goldberg which she coud not answer any question for me. I then called one of my good friends which in turn help me out with this sistutation. This is a SCAM please be awear.
