Same old "Card Services" scam. Whether it's "Heather", "Rachael", "Bridget" or "Carmen", it's the same old robo-call interest rate reduction scam. The FTC and FCC honestly DO make efforts to shut them down, but it's like playing "whack a mole". I still report the numbers, dates, times and caller ID info.
These annoying jerks call my house at LEAST once or twice EVERY day, from various numbers. If I speak to a person and ask *Which card*, they hang up. If I ask for a supervisor, they hand up. If I ask to be removed, they hang up. Just now I got THE most obnoxious guy ever, when he came on, I said Please don't hang up on me, every time you call here I ask to be removed from your call list and you guys hang up. He said *Like this?* and hung up. I am SO DONE.
Credit Card Services / Rachel called yet again; three times over the past 5 days. At least a year ago on two of the other scam numbers, I have asked them to stop calling me. I have not answered their number since. I have given Complaints to FTC (Do Not Call complaint site) and would encourage others to do the same instead of just reporting here.
