They call many times a week asking for the person who handles the electric bill. I put them on hold for 5 minutes then hang up on them. Just as bad as Direct Energy who walks in the door and asks to see our electric bill, now I just tell them to leave.
Called trying to lower our electric rates with a bunch of talk about RTO and many other numbers and names that I am unfamiliar with. Trying to get technical to look good, does not endear me to you. Trashing my current provider also does not make me want to switch. No I will not send you a copy of my bill.
Number on Caller ID comes up as EPROS, as others have said. They call fairly regularly. Learned the hard way after I answered the call the first time, and now I never answer when they call. Today's caller from EPROS let their call go to my voice mail, and then used up about 10 minutes of space with himself breathing and other office noise in the background. Annoying!
