They call many times a week asking for the person who handles the electric bill. I put them on hold for 5 minutes then hang up on them. Just as bad as Direct Energy who walks in the door and asks to see our electric bill, now I just tell them to leave.
800notes is not affiliated with your caller. I doubt your caller is monitoring this thread. However, you can prevent his number from calling you.
If your provider offers call blocking, take advantage of it.
If they don't, you have other options.
If you have a cell phone, get a call blocking app. If it is a landline, invest in a call blocker. They can be purchased from an online retailer, like Amazon.
